Metallic Based Self-lubricating Bushing

TL – Metal B

The bronze alloy lowers the cost of the material while providing mechanical strength and loading capacity for the bearing. To create a dependable lubricating system, solid lubricants serve as a constant source of lubrication. It is appropriate for applications with moderate to high loads and situations requiring frequent restarts.

Structure

1. Solid lubricants, which are positioned to create a lubricating layer and improve wear resistance by aligning with the bearing's motion direction.

2. Bronze alloy, which boosts impact and corrosion resistance while providing mechanical strength.

3. Steel Backing, which lowers the cost of the raw materials and increases mechanical strength.
