Operation and Management for MV/HV Substation and Transmission Lines for Electrical System and Solar/ Wind Power Plants
Provide fully equipped personnel with knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene techniques, electrical grid engineering, power plants and substations, protection relays, apply knowledge of structural creation, use, working principles, working modes, parameters and technical standards of electrical equipment to manage transmission lines and substations. Formulate plans for organization of repair of electrical grid works with voltage from 22kV or higher. Simultaneously analyze, evaluate and offer solutions to handle abnormal working conditions and breakdown of electrical equipment in transformer stations and lines.
Examining, detecting shortcomings, defects and repairing and handling damaged elements on lines and transformer stations with voltage from 220kV or more, ensuring the power transmission network operating safely and continuously. proper process, regulations, economy and quality of electricity;
Acceptance of new and post-medium construction grid projects, and overhaul according to current State regulations;
Taking measures of labor safety, electrical safety, industrial hygiene and safety, protection of environmental pollution and fire prevention and fighting;
Operation and repair of fire protection equipment; carry out propaganda and protection of electricity grid safety in order to socialize the work of protecting national property;
Management of materials, construction tools, safety equipment, facilities for production ...;
Using machines, equipment and tools to: inspect, measure, analyze; repair, replace damaged elements;
Manage records, books, technical documents ... for the management, operation, repair of lines and transformer stations.
