UNDERGOUNRD - LV - TARO-x
Cable joint play a very important role in the electrical and Power industry - they make electrical connections between a cable, the connector of an equipment or the connector of an electrical junction. Cable joint can be one of any technology; heat shrink type, cold shrink type or Premoulded Slip On type. Heat shrink cable joint are those joints that need heat to make connections, and this blog will highlight their benefits. The heat-shrinkable low voltage joint kits – TARO-x are designed for cables up to 4 cores with (Z) armor or without (W) armor. The adhesive coating on the connector sealing tubes, the breakout body and fingers provides a good environmental seal, while the cores are protected with thin or medium wall tubing. All components are UV resistant and passed EN 50393 standard.

FEATURES
High-quality heat shrinkable cable joints have excellent strength.
They are highly resistant to chemicals, solvents, and extreme temperatures
Highly quality cable joints do not crack, melt or get displaced when applied properly
The flexibility of heat shrinkable cable joints allow them to be used in cases where cables have to be bundled together.
While heat shrink joints work well in most conditions, they are not suitable for areas which have flammable gases or wet places in their environment. For instance, heat shrink cable joints should be avoided close to gas pipelines.
